Finding an appraisal position (for both a new individual to the profession or a seasoned appraiser) can be a very difficult task. Let us ease that through a program that our Society offers known as Career Development Assistance. Through this program, we will refer individuals to companies that are looking for appraisers to handle their workload or finding a mentor to the novice for both residential and commercial positions.  We are in constant contact with firms throughout New York's Hudson Valley, the boroughs of New York City, Connecticut, and New Jersey and have assisted many members and nonmembers supplement their current income.

This program is FREE to our members but there is a nominal charge of $89 per year for non-members. Our low annual membership fee of $40 has attracted many to join our organization and to take advantage of our other member benefits including discounted continuing education classes (See Member Benefits link).
